End 2025 Powerfully with One Essential Question
As we approach the New Year, we often rush right into new goals, plans, and resolutions. While I’m all for being intentional about envisioning and creating the year ahead, it’s essential to be equally intentional about closing out the year.
I recommend taking some reflective time with your journal, and perhaps a supportive person like a friend or coach, to reflect on this question. If you’d like to go deeper, consider the following prompts as well:
* What habits, perspectives, behaviors or relationships no longer serve my highest good?
* From honesty and accountability, without shame or judgement: how have I gotten in my own way this past year?
* What resentments, grudges, missteps or unforgivnesses am I holding onto?
* What other burdensome energy am I willing to leave behind so as to move forward with purpose?
Give these reflections a go if you’d like, and let me know how it goes. I’ll just be over here, cheering you on. And if you’re interested in working with me as your coach in 2026, let’s schedule some time to connect. I’m ready when you are.
