Closing Out the Year with Grace

It’s been a year, yes? Whatever your experience of this year has been, it’s likely that there’s some unfinished business, or at a minimum, some life, love, or career stuff to reflect on. Without actually taking the time to reflect and process, we run the risk of holding onto judgements, grudges, regrets, and other stuff that keeps us stuck in the past. I don’t know about you, but I’d much prefer to move powerfully forward into a future of my own design. If you’re with me, I recommend carving out an hour or so to journal on the following inquiries:

What did I learn this year?

In what ways did I grow?

What challenges led to my biggest opportunities?

In what ways did I contribute?

What am I willing to let go of?

What am I taking with me?

What am I most grateful for?

What else do I want to say to powerfully close out the year?
