Top 5 Ways to NOT Meet Your Goals
Crave more fun and connection in your relationship? Criticize and pick fights with your partner, instead! Want more respect from your teammates at work? Show up late for meetings, and act distracted whenever other people are sharing ideas, instead!
Get yourself on the slippery slope called “I’ll do it later.” I find that more often than not, it easily turns into “Not doing it at all.”
Stay on the lookout for reasons NOT to take actions consistent with your goals.
Make “You can’t tell me what to do!” your personal mantra, and be sure to make it clear you’re not interested in support when other people offer to help you.
The most effective way to sabotage your goals is to avoid making them in the first place. If they don’t exist, it’s literally impossible to meet them!
And there you have it, friends. The ultimate guide to NOT getting what you want. If, instead, you ARE interested in making and achieving goals in your life, reach out. I’m always game to support folks in getting what they want.
P.S. Be forewarned that a sense of humor is a requirement for working with me 😉
