I am Here. It is Now. I am Right on Time.
“I am Here. It is Now. I am Right on Time.” {my wise, beautiful friend Hayley ‘s mantra}
As I write this, I am flying solo on a tiny plane over breathtaking mountains and water and rainforest, on my way back to San Jose from the Osa Penninsula in Costa Rica, where I’ve been co-hosting a yoga retreat for two dozen sweet, sassy yogis with my Bella Vita Yoga partner for the past few days. The sun is shimmering on the ocean’s surface, and I know that in this moment, I am where I meant to be.
Pardon my extended absence from blogging over these past few months as I worked through the untangling of some things. The good news: I’m finally untangled. The better news: As my Mom assured me a few months back, “Life will be good again, promise.” And my Mom doesn’t make promises she can’t keep. Turns out, life is good again, and in fact, perhaps the best that it has been.
Over the past year, I’ve had the opportunity to experience a huge gammut of human experience. Confusion, despair, hope, deep connection, grace, ebuliient joy. As I’ve expressed in this venue so many times, to be alive and to feel, we must experience it all, without numbing to the fucked-up-edness (my friend Susan’s vocabulary creation), nor by isolating only the sweetness.
I declare Adventure and Play as my guiding forces in the year ahead. Letting go of one phase of life has led to flinging wide open the door to the next phase of life. What does it look like? So far, lots of saying YES. Yes to change, travel, adventure, risk. Yes to an increased capacity for experiencing. Yes to abundance. Yes to stretching beyong my comfort zone. Yes to keeping good company. Yes to living life well.
I send you a warm embrace, an openness to whimsy, and my heart wide open with thanks for you.

Welcome back. Looking forward to many YES’s with you!
Indeed, Darrell! Thank you for being an unwaivering inspiration to say YES!
To thine own self true, my dearest Carrie. Your light is so bright. You need to keep sharing it. Words are not sufficient to express what you mean to me and how you have influenced my journey. Stay strong and open. The future is friendly and full of abundance. Luv you. Roz
