Stepping into Your Badass Greatness

Last week, I posed the following question via Facebook:

“What do you find to be the biggest challenge for you in stepping fully into your badass greatness?”

The responses blew me away. 77 of them, to be exact.

Fear of being too much. Fear of being not enough. Guilt. Busy-ness. Worry about what others might think. Culture. Habit. Crippling self-doubt.

And that was just the beginning.

It seems many of us have quite a lot to say about this. So: I hosted an online event, where several badass beauties and I showed up with presence and courage and heart, and explored this idea together. We put it all out on the table, gave and received support, and most importantly: generated a plan of insight-oriented action.

Our collective take-aways:

Don’t stop.
Keep going.
Trust yourself fully.
There’s only one You, and only one Now.

At the end of the conversation last week, I offered the following 4 Practice Areas that you might find helpful to take on as well:

1. Notice people, circumstances, and things from the vantage point of your most Badass self.
2. List where you are sabotaging your Badassery.
3. List where you are expressing your Badassery.
4. Experiment with expressing your Badassery 1% (or more!) more.
